I was told I'd asked too many questions in one thread, so I'm creating another one.
Some users have reported that some of my forms have generated the need for horizontal scroll, and are thus not truly responsive. (I asked about this in my other thread, and am awaiting a response on that.)
Closely related to that, in addition, I also commented that some of my forms are well over a year old. They still work just fine, AS FAR AS I AM ABLE TO DETERMINE ON MY END with the devices to which I have access, but apparently some users are finding them non-responsive.
So here my additional question: Is new jotform code freshly generated today somehow an improvement in any important way over jotform code generated over a year ago, such that I should regenerate my forms somehow? If the answer is yes, could you please be specific and informative about that? Thanks!

The code of your form must be updated only if you do an update/change to the form and it does not update automatically in your webpage due to the embed code type you are using.
So, if you have not performed any change to your form and it is working just fine and efficiently, updating the code will not cause much difference as it will contain the same content.
Our dev team has performed many iprovements to our form builders and features during this last year, but the way the code is generated remains the same, they have not informed us about any change/improvement to the code generation process.
