The user attachments are of my form are failing to download from emails sumitted by the form. One item is a .doc and the other a .jpg .
I get the message "Failed - Server Problem" when I attempt to download the attachments.
I also get this message (.doc):This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.<Error><Code>AccessDenied</Code><Message>Access Denied</Message><RequestId>BACD1D7FE2F8881D</RequestId><HostId>YRM56QsP1CuRGSjPLk2HR1ywM9NiRcw48Qv4tcq3Hvw/DzwD7N7Fhg+kq3xNs/YP</HostId></Error>What is causing this?

Sometimes, it takes long time for an upload to be synced on our servers. The solution is to check the link again in a few minutes. Do you still have the problem? Can you send me the URL where you see this problem?
