I'm hearing reports from customers that they can't check out on the form "Nutcracker Mini Session" -- everything seems to be enabled and connected to Square on my end. Can you see a reason this may be happening?

Thanks for reaching out to us.
Your Square integration seems to be set correctly.
I cloned your form, and upon making a test submission in sandbox mode, I regularly received the payment (I reduced the amount to $5 just for testing purposes):
You could try to remove the payment integration and add it again from scratch.
In the meanwhile, I cleared your forms cache as well.
Let us know if you need further assistance, and eventually it will be useful to have a screenshot of the error your clients are getting on checkout.
