Data loss in offline mode

We're testing your mobile forms for use in collecting archaeological data in areas where there is no internet signal, which is often an all day activity. It appears that if you collect the data, you must keep the app open until you get an internet connection. If the app is inadvertently closed, or you lose power to your mobile device, you lose all your data. Under these conditions is there a way to save data as you go, and be able to recall the data when you get internet access?

    Hi there,

    Well, this obviously shouldn't occur.

Please uninstall and then reinstall your Jotform app so you'll have the latest version.

Also, please have a look at the following article about collecting data while offline.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance,

    Thank you
