Hi there,
I am having an issue with my form. When someone fills out the form I do not receive the email with the information.
I believe the form is set up correctly AND when I send the test email it goes through fine. The entries are showing within my JotForm account but the email is never sent.
Any help you could provide would be terrific.
Thank you!

Hi,
We have tested a cloned version of your version and your form email settings are correct.
To investigate the issue further, would you allow us to send a test submission directly to your form? The issue might also be related to the Configuration of your Inbox. You can check yourself if the notification was sent from our servers in your email history:

Hi Mark,
I'm sure you don't really want to miss email notifications for all submissions.I had this problem and it seems that some of the email notifications are in my spam folder.
Depending on your email provider, you can stop emails from going to Junk/Spam folder manually. Here is how to remove the spam tag from an email sender in Gmail:- Open Gmail
- Navigate to the Spam folder
- Locate the valid email
- Open the email
- Click the Not Spam button on top of the page
If this isn't the case, please check your form settings. On the "EMAIL" section, you'll see the email address to where the notifications will be sent. While you mentioned that you did a test email and it was working, still take time to check if the email address is correct. You also have the option to change the email address if needed or add an additional email address if your plan is upgraded.
By the way, I also completed your form. You may want to check if the notification was received.
Hope this helps!
