Is my plan hipaa compliant or not?

    Hello. My web designer alerted me to the fact that I am eligible for your free HIPAA-compliant service because I am a healthcare provider. I applied and was approved. However, when I log in and look at my plan details, it says that my plan is not hipaa-compliant and I would have to upgrade to a paid monthly service to get that. I need clarification on that, please.

    This next question is based on the assumption that my current plan is in fact HIPAA compliant. I understand that the free option is only available through early next year sometime. I only need to use jotform to create a small contact form on my website. What can I expect to pay when my free hippa-option runs out?
