HIPAA Account Requirement

I am trying to create a form for kiosk mode and it is requiring that I enable "App Lock" because my account is HIPAA. I have turned off HIPAA in the form. Is there away to build a form out side of the HIPAA requirements?

HIPAA settings/regulations apply on all forms under the HIPAA account. You can enable 'App Lock' and keep your account HIPAA compatible. Also, if you disable HIPAA on your account; that will affect all of your forms.

If you need a non-HIPAA account; you can create a new account for this purpose; we have a FREE package too that should be enough for one form in most situations.
