I am attempting to add a sub-account that will be able to access and view submissions on my account. I have set up the sub-account as described in the support material. However, when the sub-user accesses his account, the shared forms are not visible.
How do we get this set up so he can see my forms and submissions.

I could replicate this situation. I forwarded this to our developers' team so they can look better into this. You will get an update via this thread once they have news.

The issue should now be fixed, but it may take some time for the database replication to catch up.
