i just sent a question regarding my submit form, will all the info release to public?

If you did not mark the thread as "Private" then your question will be publicly viewable on our support forum. You can mark the thread as Private, or we can do this for you.
I don't currently see any other support requests from you on our forum: do you have the URL of your previous thread so we can check it?

I just received email regarding my previous thread and it shows as Private. show as below:
"Why my upload file wont open (Private)"
I assume it should be ok.

Hello Bobby - We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum tickets are public and available to be searched and viewed.
Now, if you want your message/ticket to be private, you have the option to do so. When you contact us, there's an option at the bottom if you want to make the ticket Public or Private:
