New version of Jotform won’t open on old iPad.

    I have an older iPad and Jotform was working fine on it up until the most recent update. Now it won’t start, only the Jotform logo comes up at the start and it won’t go any further. Any suggestions?

    Hi Cathal,

    If you don't mind, could you please re-install the app and check it again? See if this makes a difference.

    If the problem persists, please let us know the model of your iPad and its iOS version so we can check.

    Here's the app device compatibility:

    iPhone - Requires iOS 11.0 or later.

    iPad - Requires iPadOS 11.0 or later.

    iPod touch - Requires iOS 11.0 or later.

    Mac - Requires macOS 11.0 or later and a Mac with Apple M1 chip.

    We tried the app on iPad Mini 4 with iOS 11 and it is working as expected.
