Back up automatically

helloDoes jotform backs up the forms. And what happens if the forms are lost? can we ask for a backup?

There's actually an option in JotForm to download the form submissions for backup.

I think the question is misunderstood. I would like to know if jotform make an automatic update? We have an expensive subscription and to always have to backup it manually per form is quite a disappointment. So I hope jotform has an easy solution for the backups. There is an option backup integration, but this is also manual and not automatic. We hope there is a solution that the backup can be done automatically without us having to worry about it.

Jotform has a stable backup system for our servers, however, it's always better to have a copy on your side. I can recommend you integrate Google Spreadsheets into your forms as well.

Also, for personal backup options, you may contact our Enterprise team. I believe they also have possible options for you.
