free account over limit

    You responded to my earlier request about my receiving an 'over quota' message on my site. I have permanently deleted all but 35 submissions, but the site is still showing that I am over my limit (I have a free account). Is there anything I can do to get the system to reset?

    I have checked your account and I found that your Total uploads limit has been reached. This is different from the Monthly Uploads (100 Uploads).

    The Total Uploads storage is the total number of all Uploads stored in your account. It is not referring to the monthly Uploads. For example, you have 100MB Uploads monthly for 5 months, then your total upload storage is 500MB.

    Under the Free plan, you can only store 100MB Uploads. Once you reach this limit, you should still be able to upload on your forms but your old files will be deleted from our systems to make space for the new files.

    I'll suggest you download or export your files to avoid losing them. You can delete some files in order to free up your upload storage as well.
