Is it possible for form responses to be turned into downloadable reports?

    Hi,

    I want to design a survey/assessment form that upon submission, the user will receive their results as a PDF. This PDF would have charts or tables resulting from their submissions.

    Is this possible?

    Hi there,

    You can send out email alerts to the respondents right after they complete their forms and can also attach submission PDF reports with these emails; these PDFs can have all the information filled by the user but we don't have any option to add graphs to these PDFs.
