Is there a widget that can look at the email domain (i.e. gmail.com) and block certain domains from completing and submitting a form?

This is possible to block free email domains with the regular Email field.

Alternatively, you can use conditional logic. For example, add some sort of warning message.

Then, use conditional logic to show the warning and hide the form's submit button when a blocked domain is used.

You can add multiple comma-separated values.

What constitutes a "free email domain"? Do you have a list of domains that are blocked by the first option?

We do not have a list of free email domains.

But Gmail, Hotmail accounts fall under that list, or anything other than a corporate/business domain address could fall under the free email domain.
