Application for the 50% discount

    We are a school PTA program which is a non-profit for an elementary school. I just noticed that we should have gotten 50% off? Is there anyway to get refunded or what do I need to supply to get this discount?

    Also, I noticed that we have 105 submissions on our form but the counter says "25 out of 1000 have been used." Can you please explain to me what counts as a submission?

    Should we downgrade our account then?
