Our forms have been disabled

    We are a premium member and have been paying the $9.95 per month for about a year now but we have been getting notices by email saying we are a free member and need to upgrade. Now our forms are disabled on our website.

    Hi Andrew,

    I have corrected this issue on your account. You can check that your account is now active and at PREMIUM type of subscription. 

    The issue happen because, during the subscription process, your username inlandandy was not used in the payment application. I have corrected this mistake.

    Inform us if there are still issue.
