Preview PDF is not working on mobile

    I having trouble getting the Preview PDF Button to work at the end of my form. It was working yesterday and it works in the form editor.

    I tested your form on a mobile browser(real device emulator on S21 via Chrome) and was unable to replicate the issue. See the screenshot below:


    Please confirm the make and model of the device you're using as well as the browser so we can conduct further tests.

    I've already cleared your forms cache as it might help so kindly test again.

    My browser is chrome and up to date. I suspected my app creator has the issue, but I get an error when using the jotform app also.1636028849_6183d1b15ee08_Screenshot_2021

    Hi Keith,

    Apologize for the inconvenience.

    I tested your form on Samsung mobile phone using Chrome browser and the Jotform android app. I couldn't replicate the issue on the Chrome browser, but I could replicate the issue using the Jotform android app.

    I have forwarded this issue to the backend team. Once we have an update, we'll inform you.

    Meanwhile, you can use Jotform in the browser. If you face the same issue with the browser on the mobile phone, please make sure you have cleared cache from the mobile browser and you have any pdf reader installed on the device.
