Check in form?

is it possible to create a form where someone could sign in to register then on arrival at the location they have registered for access a type of check in screen on for example a touch screen ? this could be utilised as a attendance register / fire role call guide.

step 1 candidate / visitor gets sent a link they register

step 2 they arrive on site find name on the touch screen attendance register and swipe or click it to say they have arrived.

step 3 on departure the swipe or click the touch screen to say they have left

further option a tablet with a link to the attendance register can be taken to the fire assembly point and used to check off who has signed in.

any thoughts on how we could do this would be great.

If you wish to have two separate forms for this, one for registration, and a second one for check in/out, you will have to manually copy names of registered users into the second form, since this can't be done automatically.
