The information provided from the form was emailed to us in order and was easy to read. About a month or so ago the information received was no longer in order and pushed together so that it was difficult to read. What happened?

Are you perhaps referring to the current Notification E-mail template of your form?
You may want to try creating a new Notification E-mail on the form (guide: -Setting-Up-Email-Notifications)
