For about a month ago i asked if you could add a delay to the auto response mail.

I was not possible at that time.

I want to follow up on the same

    question...

If JotForm can´t, does anybody know how

to delay email´s via an email server of some sort?

    My last Question

Is it possible to add a 20 sec delay to the autoresponse email that the customer gets when they fill out the form?

I know about the "Send Email Later" but 1 day later i just too late.

    Thanks for the help!

    Hello Herningsholmsandwich

The Autoresponder Delay options we have are still as shown below. Your feature request however, has been submitted to out backend developers.

And the closest to your need that I can recommend now is scheduling the autoresponder at a specific time of day. Here's how you do it after setting up an Immediate Autoresponder.

    • Add Time element to your form
    • Click gear icon on the Time element, go to OPTIONS tab then set Default Time to Current
    • Go to ADVANCED tab then enable Hide Field
    • Go to Settings tab of the Form Builder, then select CONDITIONS.
    • Create a condition that will send an email depending on the set time on the Value field.

Time input on the Value field of the condition will override the autoresponder.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance. Thanks!

    Greetings Steffan.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, this solution won't fit your needs. This solution will work only if you need to send an email only if your users submitted your form at 09:30, and I believe you don't need this.

There is currently no way to send autoresponders at a specific time, you can only configure the date. This already has been forwarded to our developers as a feature request. Unfortunately, we are unable to let you know when will this be implemented, but as soon as it does, we will let you know.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.
