Form Download

Hi,

I have created a form, see below:

When I download it, it only shows 5 pages....& the signatures are random on the downloaded page....

I need the complete form....showing the correct filled in details....

Help please? Why is it not downloading the entire document?

Hi Richard!

I reviewed your FDDS SUB CONTRACTOR APPLICATION form. The reason it looks like this, is because the corresponding form elements were not positioned to the part of the PDF file where it's supposed to be.

To fix this, from the Builder tab of the Form Builder. Notice that there are a lot of small green boxes on the right side, like this

Each of these boxes corresponds a form element (e.g. First Name, Last Name, Date, Signature). The corresponding element will open when you click on any of the small green boxes. And from there, all you need to do is drag it to your desired location on the PDF file attached as shown on the quick video below
