Emails not sending to clients

    Hello,

    I've got a problem with the email to the clients. I receive the email notification but not the email with the info to the email adress


    And this sender email adress is the same everywhere...


    Could you please help me understand what happens ?

    To clarify: are you saying that the email Auto Responders are not going to your form respondents?

    If possibly, could you please send us the submission ID and/or corresponding emails of some of the submissions affected? Here's where-to-find-the-submission-id

    Hello,

    Yes the email confirmation that I have configurated in auto-responder doesn't go to my forms respondents.

    I've created a new form and still doesn't want to send them even with a new email adress.

    Here the 2 submissions ID :

    5132322905941677698

    5132315505944346774

    That's strange because I choose JOTFORMS instead of others because this functionnaluity is awesome and doesn't go to spams. ut now, nothing arrive to my clients.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.


    In the email settings, can you change the sender (under the Advanced tab) to noreply@jotform.com and make another test?

    And i don't even receive the confirmation mail for subscritpions anymore.

    It stops after the 15th of november on all my forms.

    So I will have to send manually the informations for all the subscriptors :(

    It happens with another accounts also for my clients
