Download Link For Original PDF

My clients very often do not receive the original PDF in the email that is supposed to be attached. I have added the download link into the email. The download link however, does not download the original PDF that they designed, it downloads a Jotform version. They need the PDF to be in their design.

Is it possible for the download link to download their designed PDF, the way they need it?

Unfortunately, there is no direct link to the original PDF. The attachments would not be included only if it exceeds 5MB. Could you provide us the submission IDs where the original PDF was not attached? https://www.jotform.com/help/549-where-to-find-the-submission-id/
