Appointment Scheduler is displaying on chrome but not Internet Explorer

    Hello - I have a form to register for vaccine appointment. The form does not display any appointment times (just blank) if opened in internet explorer, but works great in Google Chrome. Any ideas why?

    In which version of IE and on which operating system (OS) are you experiencing this problem. I haven't been able to replicate it on my end.

    Windows 10 and 20H2 IE Version. Just checked and it is still an issue. This was reported to me by a patient trying to fill out the form. Unfortunately, I do not have their information on which OS and IE version they are running.

    Unfortunately, I was not able to reproduce the issue. I highly suggest updating your browser to the latest version.

    I also suggest checking the browser extensions that may be affecting the form's functionality and disabling them for further testing.
