    I am using an apple and can not open the links on the pdf.

    Hello SandraAPSA,

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

    Do you mean to say that you are getting this error when trying to click on a uploaded file link of submission PDF?

    That should work fine. Do you get some error when you click on the link from your computer/laptop? Please share the PDF URL in which you have this link and we will take a look.

    Yes, When I click on a submission link from a PDF, I get this error:

    I am not sure if it is a problem with MAC.

    Our forum cannot accept email attachments so please use this guide instead: How to upload and add screenshots to support forum?.

     

    If you continue to see the error, I would advise to download the uploaded files (if that's from the file upload field) from your form submissions page.
