Forms for Data Collection to allow access with User Name and Password

    Hello we are looking for a form that will allow us to collect the username password and membership payment yearly.

    Unfortunately, this is not possible. You can only collect data using the form and view the submissions in the Jotform Tables.

    It is now my understanding that that my query is only possible when being an enterprise subscriber is this not correct
