Error message trying to send a required Jot form: “This page isn’t working.”

I'm not finding an account for cwagner@bethanyschools.com, is this one of your forms that you're having problems with? If so can you please provide the username, email or a link to a form on the account so we can look it up.

Can you also elaborate on what is happening to cause this error? Is it just when trying to submit?
