Can I change the question form throughout the doc

Hi there.

Is there a way to edit all the questions on a document to have them all be single choice questions?

Currently I have a doc that was uploaded and some of them are single choice but the rest are short text.

Is there a quick way to fix this or is my only option to duplicate and re type all the questions?

Unfortunately, there is no way to switch all the field types neither individually nor in bulk, you will need to delete the fields and add them again, note that deleting a field also deletes the associated data.
