Is it possible to restrict form response content to who the recipient is?

Hi! Is it possible to restrict the content of a response depending on the recipient?

    For example:

    1. The form has Part A, Part B, Part C.
    2. Sam fills A,B,C and submits the form
    3. Once Sam clicks submit, Susan automatically receives Part A, James receives Part B, and Emily receives Part A&B?

    Thank you!

    Wendy

    Hello Wendy,

If I understand you correctly, you would like the form responses sent to multiple people. But each person should only get the responses that are relevant to their department?

It would require one of our paid plans, as the free plan only allows for one Notification email per form.

But the way to do it, would be to make one customized email for each person/department.

In my example form, I have these questions:

So here's the email that gets sent to department A:

The email that goes to department B:

Then once a submission is received, all the Notification emails created are sent to their respective recipients.

    I hope this helps.

    Best regards,
    Lars
