Form stuck at please wait upon submitting

    Hello,

    This is the 3rd support request in 2 days. Is Jotform okay?

    Submit won't work. Just keeps looping with 'please wait'

    I cloned your form but wasn't able to replicate the issue.

    I cleared your form cache to troubleshoot. Could you please check again?

    STill happening. I even tried it in an incognito window. This is a time-sensitive form. It has to get out today.

    I have had several people try it. It gets stuck on submit.

    SEveral people with different locations across our city - it's not an internet issue.

    Thanks for your permission. I test submit your form twice and was able to do so.

    Yup. It's working now. The thing is that we've tried from various IP addresses and computers for 2 days.....so this glitch is completely arbitrary. We moved over to a different app because we have found Jotform to be unpredictable for the past couple of months.

    As I said earlier...this is the 3rd form I've had to get help on in 3 days. Disappointing.
