Prepopulate a form based on an existing information

    Hello,

    We have an application form that partners need to renew each year. Many of our partners return to our program year after year, and a lot of the information remains same for them. Is there a way that these folks can upload their data from a past year's application, and then edit as needed? The form is long and we are hoping to find ways to make filling it out easier for them!

    Hello,

    I hope you're doing well and thanks for reaching out.

    You can use Jotform Prefill in this situation. Jotform Prefill allows you to pre-populate a new form based on another form's submission data. Once you pre-populate a form, just send the pre-filled URL to your user and inform them to edit any information if necessary.

    But if you want to use the same form, then sending them an email via Jotform Tables(Send Action feature) to update their information would do the job. Please refer to the screencast below:
