Hi there,
Happy to help!
You can certainly upload an existing PDF and utilize our Smart PDF Forms feature.
To import your PDF into form format, Create Form in your Form Dashboard, then select Import Form:
Next, click Import PDF Form and upload your form:
I hope this helps! Please let us know if we can assist further.

I know how to upload an existing PDF and utilize the Smart PDF Forms feature.
Can I create a fillable form where the information will populate onto 3 separate pdf docs?
Example:
A customer enters their name on a fillable form. From that information I need the name to populate on:
1. An application pdf
2. An identification pdf
3. A consent form pdfwithout asking the customer to enter their name three different times on three different forms. I do not want it to be downloaded as a 3-page document, but 3 separate documents.

Hi again,
By default, you can't link more than one fillable PDF form to a web form. However, you can generate as many customizable PDF documents as you wish showing the submission data.
Related guide: Applying-form-submission-data-into-a-pdf-document
As a workaround, you can create three separate smart PDF forms and automatically pass the entered data from the first form to the other two following the guide below.

Should you have any further inquiries, we will be more than happy to help.

I am learning how to automatically pass the entered data from from form #1 to form #2 & #3.
Originally, my Form #1 redirects the customer to my website when they submit the form, by utilizing the settings under Thank You Page / Redirect to External Link after Submission.
It seems I will no longer be able to do that if Form #1 is passing data to forms 2 & 3 because that will be using the Redirect to External Link after Submission option .
Is that correct? Or can I still redirect customers to my website somehow? -

Hello,
You can also create the link in the autoresponder email so it will redirect to your website but then your link to your next form would be included in the email sent to them. The reason it's recommended to do it right away on the redirect is it keeps the user engaged to fill out the next form immediately.

Sorry, I do not understand.
"....link to your next form would be included in the email sent to them."
I am not sending an email to anyone. ?
"...recommended to do it right away on the redirect..."
do what right away?
"... keeps the user engaged to fill out the next form immediately..."
The user will have to fill out another form? I thought they would only fill out #1. -

Nevermind. I probably don't know enough to ask the questions correctly right now. I'll try to learn some more and come back later.
Thankyou. -
