Hello,
I have a quick inquiry on the appointment forms. Is there a way to cancel an appointment on an appointment form so that appointment time shows back up for other customers? and if so how?
Also, when canceling an appointment, if there is a way, are you able to cancel it without refunding the deposit that is placed on the booking form?

Hi there,
You can cancel your appointments by deleting the submission made for the specific appointment. In that way, the time slot on the Appointment will be available again for others to use.
Please note that after you delete the submission data you will have to inform the customer that their appointment is canceled, and if you want your customer to be able to cancel the appointment you can enable the "Reply to" email in the Autoresponder so their reply reaches you and you can delete their submission/appointment.
For now, this is the only way to cancel an appointment on the Appointment widget.And for the refunding, please provide us with details on what kind of payment method are you using for booking the appointments so we can answer you if a refund is made after deleting the submission(canceling the appointment).
