Hi, I have two forms that have appointment booking.
Recent appointments (for Nov. 8 onwards) get one hour added to when I download the entries to Excel. The Submission view is fine. For example: 9:00am-9:30am would show in Excel as 10:00am-10:30am.
The previous entries for dates prior to Nov. 8 are correct.

Hello,
I hope you're doing well and thanks for reaching out.
These submissions have been deleted from the table already. Do you mind if we restore them to see if we can replicate the issue?
I've downloaded some of your data and the date and time didn't change. See the screenshots below:
Kindly try again and let us know if the same issue persists. We'll be waiting for your response.

Hi,
I tried it again a few minutes ago. The reservations made for Nov. 5 and earlier have no issues. The ones made for next week (starting Monday, Nov. 8) are affected. Just out of curiosity, I noticed that November 7 is the end(?) of Daylight Saving Time. Do you think it has something to do with this?

I was able to replicate the issue on a new form. The issue is probably related to Daylight Saving Time. I'll report it to our developers. If there is any update, we will inform you here.

Hello,
We are having the same issue. We don't have daylight savings here and constantly request that this is turned off. All of the new form templates also shows this error as one hour ahead.
The last time we tried to check our submissions today too resulted in a new blank tab with no data.
We are getting ready for a conference this Friday so do need to have this fixed as soon as possible.
Thank you!
Cami

Good morning,
Thanks so much! It's fixed!
I know it's still months away but will the fix get affected when DST begins again next year (Mar. 13, 2022)?
Thanks again.
Rhochie
