In my testing of the form submission, I receive two email per test submission and I just received 22 emails from a single submission.
Please let me know how to correct this.

Upon checking your form's notification email alert, I found that you have added two notification email alert in your form. Both the notification email alert are sending the submission emails to "email@example.com" email address. That is the reason you receive two notification emails for every submissions. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to delete one of the email alert to solve your problem. The following guide should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder
The reason why you see 22 submission email is because you have received 11 submission with the same content and hence you see so many submission emails. It seems you were testing.
If the above 11 submission looks spam submission to you, please create a separate thread and we will help you on how to stop spam messages.
