Hello,
This form https://form.jotform.com/202575812192152 stopped sending to the identified recipients. I checked the conditions and they are being met each time. Additionally, I checked the autoresponder to ensure all values are set as expected there.
Please provide some direction to let us know how this can be fixed.

We do apologize for the inconvenience.
We had an issue with emails not sending when a condition is used however, was fixed already by our developers.
Can you please test a submission if the issue still persists?
