I can't log in my account

    I was in the middle of creating a new form and it just disabled me and then I tried to login again and I get a error code saying got Password?Login failed - AUTOSUSPENDED


    Please explain!!

    Thank you for contacting us. Your account got suspended due to a form that asks for credit card information:

    1636129719 61855bb721a1f creditcard Screenshot 10

    That goes against our terms. If you agree to have the form deleted, we can reactivate your account.

    Yes, I agree to the terms and I will delete the form and create a new one. When will I be able to access my account again?
