    Hello,

My organization is interested in signing on to JotForm and we are trying to see if it will work for our needs. Does JotForm have a way for submissions to be viewed by a juror? We have a gallery and we do art calls every few weeks where people will submit anywhere from 3-6 images of artwork and then those artworks will be chosen by a juror for the show. Will jotform have a way for jurors to view the entries without seeing all the entry information.

Also do people using our forms have to sign in or create a login?

    Thank you for your help.

    Regina

    Hello,

What I think you would want to do is setup a notification email for this juror when a submission is made it's sent to them. You could then only include the information that you wanted sent to them in this email.

If you have your form public, they don't have to create an account, if you make it private or assign it to specific people they will have to make an account so you know it's the correct person filling out your form.
