I know how to change the font for the online form but I want to change the font that shows up on the original PDF when I print it.

Hi, thank you for contacting support.

If you want to change the font style of your PDF, you need to go to your PDF Editor and click the Layout Settings (Brush icon on the right) to edit the font style set. See the image attached:

You can select a variety of font styles available. Then, click the Print button at the top to print the PDF.

Please give it a try and let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thank you.

Thank you Jovanne. Is there any way to do it so it applies to all PDF's submitted? I only see this as an option for the forms already submitted.

    Hi,

If you apply the change in the PDF editor it will apply to all future submissions of that form.

Please let us know if you require any further assistance.
