IP Blocked, again

    I started using Jotform last week and almost immediately got hit with an IP ban, even though all I’d done is create a form and begin to test it. out IP was unblocked yesterday. Today when I created a new form and started to add widgets, I noticed the form said I was working offline and then when I tried to preview it said my IP was blocked again. Why does this happen?! A quick search of google shows that many users have experienced this. Can we depend on Jotforms working? We want to upgrade our account but we will need to research alternatives if our IP gets banned just by opening a form.
