Edit the submission that was made by an employee

Hello

A Dean is requesting that a Dpt. Director can edit an entry made by another employee (since she said she can´t access the form today from her home). Is that possible? What are the alternatives? If any.

I was thinking of sending a forward email of the entry in submissions, to the Dpt. Director email so he could enter it again, then delete the original entry. This entry has attachments and I think they can be downloaded too.

We do have that feature available. Editing submissions will allow you to changes to all of the submissions made on all your forms. You can refer to this guide for more information: How to Edit Submissions Made on Your Forms.

I know, but I don´t want to make any editions myself. I only want the person who made the submission to edit it. And I don´t want to give access to the submission table because they can see and edit all the information from other departments.

You can let users update only their submissions at a later date.

If you want to do it for already received submissions, you can create an edit submission link.
