stuck on a "Please wait" when submitting form

    Hello JF

    Someone who tried to submit one of our forms reported:

     

    "I've just tried to complete the form to register my nonprofit, Advocates for Immigrant Survivors. I never passed the "Please wait" stage and so I am uncertain if I properly registered."


    I tried a couple test submissions, and it worked OK for me.

    Can you tell us what causes a "Please wait" message and what to do about that?

    I test submitted your form and didn't encounter any issues as well.

    Kindly ask your customer to clear his browser cache or use another browser to submit your form.
