    Do you mean to say that you are not receiving the email verification link? It seems there is a typo error in the email address. The message that you have sent here is through email Michellemurray@unifiservice.com but in the screenshot, the verification email link is sent to Michellemurry@unifiservice.com.

    Since you are using the incorrect email address, that is the reason why you are not receiving the verification email successfully. What is your Jotform account username or the email address you have used in your account profile?
