Not receiving auto response email

    filled out the auto responder and the test worked

    however when I filled out the application form on our site (dmcompliance.net) if did not get the auto respond as the applicant?

    can you help"

    Thank you for contacting us.

    If setting up the an autoresponder is what you are aiming to do you need to follow this guide http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder but if what you are referring to is you are not receiving any email notification when form is submitted but only receiving test submission email you might want to check your spam folder or whitelist Jotform's IP and Domain.

    Our logs shows a successfull submission:
