I would like to test the form and make sure it has all of the questions properly done.

I would also like to see the output in excel if available, in pdf if not.

once the form is finalized, how do I publish it - call Go Daddy (they are hosting the domain)

To manually export any form submission as a PDF, navigate to Ninja Forms > Submissions and select the form you wish to export from. Hover over the individual submission you need an export of, and select Export to PDF. PDF Form Submissions includes easy customization options including a document title, filename, header, PDF body formatting via rich text editor, and footer options. These settings can be found in any form under the Advanced tab. To automatically save your form submissions as PDF, you can achieve this through Google Drive integration via CustomWorks. With this integration, every time your form is submitted, a PDF will be created an saved on your Google Drive folder. To request this integration, click here

You can test your form by yourself by going to "PUBLISH" > "OPEN IN NEW TAB"
and the form will open and now you can test.

Thanks, I got the excel down load.

How do I make it read up and down instead of left to right (like portrait vs landscape). Row 1 would become Column A, row two would be column B

The form sends me the data in an email when you hit submit. can I get it to email it to me in excel and save it as excel and skip the default format and pdf file?

If I can only get the format in the way you originally file it, when I go to view and select all do that mean all of them become excel or csv and I can download them from here?

Sorry but that can only be done after you download the submission as excel. You can use the transpose function on excel to switch the rows and columns.

Unfortunately, we currently do not have an option to send the excel submission file as an attachment on the emails.

You could check out our Daily Digest integration, which can be used to send submissions in excel/CSV format daily, weekly or monthly.
