Query on subscription plans

    Hi,

     

    I have upgraded to your premium plan via Paypal.

    Can you advise me as to whether you provide invoices for each monthly payment?

    Can you also advise me on how the subscription upgrade to the top plan works. Does one have to cancel existing subscription and then take out a new one.

     

    I fail to see how this could be done otherwise via Paypal.

    Can you advise me as to whether you provide invoices for each monthly payment? - Not at the moment. But  we can provide you the invoices upon request. (http://www.jotform.com/answers/8827-Where-can-i-get-a-copy-of-my-receipt-invoice-for-my-records)

    Can you also advise me on how the subscription upgrade to the top plan works. Does one have to cancel existing subscription and then take out a new one. - That's correct. Just go to the My Accounts Page of your JotForm account and hit the Cancel button. If you need further assistance do not hesitate to contact us.
