    My form is saying currently unavailable!

    Hi there,

    Thank you for contacting Jotform support.

    I have checked your form and I found that it is disabled from form setting. You should enable your form to use it. Go to the My Forms page, click the form you intend to enable, click More, then change the form's status by clicking the Enable.
