Hello-
People are using my order form but I cannot see a chart of how many of each item was ordered. Right now I have to click on each order to see the total but that will take a lot of time to transcribe it all.
I need to see how many of each item was ordered so we know how much to make.
I hope there is an easy way to do this.

You need to click on the submission to see the details, you may consider using one of our reports to see the data as well.

This is not what I need. When I run a report it shows me when people ordered and who ordered but not WHAT they ordered.
I need a list of what was ordered so I know what to make.
To click on each submission will take an hour- I would have to notate every order on paper and then add it up. I feel like this form should be able to do this.
Please look at my form. I need to know-
Total Meals
Total Desserts
Total Sides
ETC.

You may consider downloading the submissions as an excel file as it seems to be the most suitable way to match what you are looking for.

but not what they ordered.
I don't think this form is capable of giving me this information.
