    Hi,

    I've cleared your form cache.
Could you kindly try to submit the form again?

If that would not work, please try removing the submit button, and adding it back to the form from the Form Elements.

If the issue would still persist, would you allow us to make a test submission on your form?

No dice after clearing cache or removing and adding the submit button. OK to proceed with a test submission.

    Hi again,

Thank you for your permission to send through a test submission: I did attempt this and was able to replicate the issue on your form.

Please allow me a little time to investigate prior to potentially escalating, and I will update you via this thread as soon as possible.

I thank you in advance for your patience and understanding!

    Hi again,

Thank you for your patience as I investigated further!

I see that the issue was with the Purchase Order widget: when I removed the widget from my clone of your form I could submit the form without issue. It was only after I added the widget back that I was unable to submit the form.

As such, I have escalated this to our back-end team. As soon as we have an update for you, we will be sure to communicate it to you here.

In the interim, you could remove the Purchase Order widget from your form and either add a new Payment Integration (though please note that these will collect payment up front) or you could utilize a multiple choice field with calculation values attached in lieu.

In my cloned form of yours, I removed the Purchase Order widget and added in the multiple choice field with four options:

    1636247696_61872890293dd_multiplechoice

Next, I added the Calculation Values to the multiple choice field:

    1636247765_618728d50e488_multchoicecalcv

Then, we're going to add in a Form Calculation widget below this field to Calculate the "Total" owed:

    1636247875_61872943c269a_formcalculation

Would this be a viable workaround?

Hi, thank you for looking into this and the proposed solution. I would prefer that we not have to clone or delete the product widget to preserve the integrity of our dataset associated with the form. Please escalate up.

    Hi There,

We cannot provide you an ETA when the issue will be fixed. Upon checking the thread ticket, it is set to important.

If you want to downgrade your account back to the free account, we can refund your last payment made.

Feel free to ask for further assistance.

Zahra, is there a way to remove the broken widget without also deleting the data in our table?

    Hi,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to delete the field without losing the data.

You may download the data before making your changes.

I just tested your form and I was able to make a submission the issue may have been temporary.

Could you please test the form again?

    Looking forward to your reply.

The issue remains - it was just temporarily solved by hiding the product list. Please keep the issue in the queue.
