What is a Secure SSL Submission? It says that I used 7 out of 10 in my account. Since I have no need to save submission after they are submitted and emailed to me, if I delete, would that lower that number? Do I get 10 back at the beginning of the month?

SSL submissions are the ones which are sent encrypted or securely. You can find more extended explanation about SSL here: http://info.ssl.com/article.aspx?id=10241

So, as free user you can receive up to 100 regular submissions, but just 10 SSL submissions. You will not free up your submission counter by deleting submissions, it does not work that way. If you wish to stop receiving SSL submissions make sure to uncheck the Secure form box in the Embed Form wizard:

Also make sure that your form URL istarts in this way: http://www.jotform.com... and make sure that it does not starts in this way: https://secure.jotform.com...

Otherwise you will still receive SSL submissions.

The submission counter of all our users get reset to zero the first day of every month. I have manually reset your SSL submission counter to zero so that your account cannot get disabled in case you reached the SSL limit. Please note that we can do this just once, so be make sure your forms are not secure (SSL).
